Downtown New Orleans Balcony Suite 2 Minute Walk to French Quarter 2B

Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

This property is in a great location. French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and excellent shopping all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the French Quarter without the noise. The host was very helpful and the property was clean. Having a balcony is an added bonus.

Amazing Apartment

We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday. We are New Orleans regulars but this is my child's first time being 100% legal in the quarter. The beds are comfy, theres a couch with trundle bed and an air matress. The balcony is peaceful and RIGHT ABOVE RUBY SLIPPER!

A Fine Way to Pass a Hurricane

This historical building was our haven during the single hurricane of the summer. I was worried that the room was going to be loud, but those huge shutters do their job and we got great sleep. Beautiful room that really set the tone for our first trip to New Orleans. Really enjoyed it.

The place was beautiful and very spacious. The balcony was lovely to have some coffee on in the morning before starting the day. Everything was in easy walking distance. Since you are so close to everything the street noise can be loud sometimes so be prepared for that. The host was so amazing at communicating it made it very easy to check in and out.

Amazing room

The loft was beautiful and amazing. HUGE room with plenty of space to spread out. It has access to a balcony. Its located right off magazine and canal just minutes away from the quarter. Everything is walkable and plenty of stuff to do. The only issues i did have was that there was construction early morning outside the loft the time we were there. I would gladly stay here again and Genesis is an amazing host who is very easy to get in contact with. 11/10 would recommend.

Short Family Getaway

We wanted a quick trip to NOLA for food, adventure, and fun. This location was perfect for the city. It was just a couple of blocks off Canal Street. I parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The parking lot was close but open air. There is a pay to park garage a block up on Gravier. The room was fabulously large. Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean. Will stay here again. The host is very accommodating and responsive.
