This gorgeous home accommodates 12 guests in four spacious bedrooms, making it the perfect getaway for multiple families. Be lulled to sleep by the serene setting behind large windows, comfortable mattresses, plush pillows, and quality linen.

Each room has smart TVs with complimentary Hulu. Bedroom 1 and 3 features a king-sized bed and a designated work space. Bedrooms 2 and 4 boast a comfortable queen size bed. The two living rooms, each with a pull-out sofa bed, offer a flexible sleeping arrangement, ensuring a restful night for any guest.

Notably, Kitchen 1 elevates the experience with a wine cooler, ensuring your beverages are always perfectly chilled.

We also offer two sunlit dining area. Both are with a 6-seat table (expandable to 10 with a countertop that has 4 high chairs).

It is also adorned with a large-screen smart TV and a pullout sofa bed. The second living area also has balcony access.

✓ The Famous Street Cars located only 1 block away, are not only a charming way to travel but also a historic symbol of the city. They run along several routes, connecting key areas and attractions.

● This home is 2 independent units being rented as one. This is ideal for multi-families and groups who want some added privacy.
● Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Please keep noise at a minimum with respect to the neighbors.
