Girls Get Together
A group of longtime friends met up in Arabi to see one of our Friends who is struggling with health issues. This house was perfect and so close to our Friend but it was so cute and clean and nice that we would stay in it anytime in the future. The owner was super friendly and nice and responsive.

We rented this house to be able to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is in the army. Laurie made sure we had everything we needed to make him a big home cooked dinner. She checked in with me several times before our trip and again after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious. Will definitely use them again if we make a trip to New Orleans in the future.

One of the best we stayed. The house was immaculate and spacious. Only critique the beds could have been firmer and the shower heads in both bathrooms could have more water pressure. besides that we had a great stay and hope to return someday.

We had a fabulous stay in Arabi! The historic home is beautifully updated and in a safe, friendly neighborhood. Absolutely pristine, very roomy, and well stocked. Laurie is super responsive and very helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic
My family stayed here while in town for a visit. I wanted something close by and nice for them and this checked the boxes. This house is absolutely beautiful, has amazing amenities, and my family said the beds were very comfortable. The coded door locks made it easy for us to come and go. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking large family meals. We will definitely be booking here again next time my family is in town.

This home is absolutely beautiful! We felt extremely safe and there was plenty of room for eight of us. It is a short drive to downtown New Orleans and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Laurie had coffee and everything needed if you wanted to cook. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay during our short trip. The home was beautiful just like the pictures. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. The kitchen had all the essentials. It was truly a great stay. The host was responsive and communicated well with us prior and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again.

We came to New Orleans for a family wedding. The home was perfect. The rooms are spacious. The home was clean, updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Coffee and coffee pots were included. Shampoo, conditioner , showe caps, blow dryers, soap, and lotion were included. Iron, ironing board, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and laundry detergent were all available. Great communication with owner. It made our weekend stress-free and enjoyable. We will keep this place saved for our next visit to New Orleans. Thank you!

Great safe location
Stayed here with a large group for a nearby dance competition. It was only about a 5-8 minute drive away and the house was in a very safe neighborhood. It was a little noisy outside but that’s probably inescapable in the New Orleans area. Definitely would stay here again

Amazing Home!! Stop searching, this is the one....!!!
This house was amazing. Pictures are spot on, and its even better in person. There were 4 of us, but the house could accommodate several more with ease. Rooms are huge, appliances are brand new, beautiful home to say the least. Laurie was great. Easy to deal with, and very helpful leading up to and throughout the stay. If you are looking for an affordable, safe, and convenient location for a trip to New Orleans, this is your spot. Can't wait to come back!! P.S. - if you go., check out these local spots. Old Arabi Bar(OAB), Whiskey Bayou, and Gerald's Donuts. Great food and people.

The owner Laurie was so easy to communicate with. Her house book with all information was very understandable. The home is BEAUTIFUL! I have never seen a property so CLEAN. Yes, the French quarter is 5 miles but 5 miles takes about 20 minutes every time so know that. If was worth every trip. We felt at home not on a getaway. We can’t wait to come back.

This house was very nice it was so clean and very welcoming. It was easy to find simple to get in with the code. We loved our stay here has everything you need my only request maybe to purchase a new iron it put wholes in two of the outfits even with it being on the correct setting.. Other wise plenty of space beds were very comfortable they couches we just as comfortable we really enjoyed our stay thank you for hosting us greatly appreciated if your looking for a house in the NO this is the one and and only a few minute from the night life..

Location was awesome, about a 10 minute straight shot to downtown. This was our first time to NOLA it was great will definitely return and recommend house to family and friends. Perfect stay
My friends and I went to New Orleans for the 4th of July weekend and we drove down. Laurie (the host) was always so prompt with her replies and was so helpful throughout the entire process. The stay was perfect. It was very clean, spacious and the location is perfect if you want to drive into town for all the fun and then enjoy the quiet back home. We had no issues our whole trip, so it's a definite 5 star rating!

We enjoyed every bit of our New Orleans trip and a large part of it goes to the home we booked. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was very comfy, spotlessly clean and well stocked. The backyard and the driveway were nice additions as well. Laurie was very responsive and always replied quickly even though she herself was on a vacation. Father's Day Weekend
We visited family in New Orleans and I'm so glad that we chose this home. It is beautiful and spacious. Even our kids loved it! The location was perfect. The hosts were very responsive and it is obvious how much thought was placed into making the home comfortable for guests from restaurant suggestions to games for the family. Immaculate historic home close to NOLA and Mississippi River
My family and I stayed here while visiting Nola. This home is as beautiful as the pictures and more beautiful in person. Very safe and authentic neighborhood in historic Arabi and short walk to Mississippi. My family watched the steam boats pass by at sunset! I can’t say enough about this place! It was the highlight of our vacation! Laurie, the owner is very easily accessible and takes care of every little detail. She goes above and beyond to insure that you have everything you need. She left for us bead necklaces and some New Orleans snacks. She really ensures that you have a great stay and is very informational on the area if you have questions. The house was very clean and beds were sooo comfy. Great private parking and security. Easy access to city by Uber or drive and park. We didn’t want to leave so we brought our Gumbo back to her top notch kitchen to eat at the house. If you stay here you will want at least a week. You won’t regret it. I hope we can go back someday! Memories made for sure! 🌃💜💛⚜️

Better than a 5-Star, club level hotel experience
This VRBO experience was better than any 5-star hotel club level experience I’ve had n New Orleans for the amenities, accommodations. space, and price. This property was ideal for me—I like access to New Orleans, I wanted to be immersed in the way New Orleaneans live, and I and don’t prefer an air bnb experience. Everything was immaculate and perfect! This was my first VRBO experience but not my last with Friloux.
