All items were hot, well stocked, and conveniently set up for a quick grab and go. The front desk associate who checked us in on Friday evening was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She was attentive to our needs and provided great recommendations for local food options that delivered directly to the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient. Both of our stays have coincided with large groups of children, cheerleaders during our first visit and both cheer and soccer teams this time. Despite the busy and energetic environment, the staff remained professional, patient, and consistently friendly. Their ability to maintain such a welcoming atmosphere truly stood out."
