The website and descriptions were deceiving. We got The Queen sweet, the pictures made it look much bigger and cleaner. The "free continental breakfast" did not include hot food, it costs extra to include any eggs, bacon or sausage. Room service did not remake the bed, or fill any toiletries or soap ...

Downtown Collingwood Condos
The only real problem I had was the coffee maker wouldn’t work until I realized the ground interrupter was on. Also the instruction scan card was hidden on the high shelf. The overall condo was good for my needs. Would use it again
