Welcome to our cottage in a lovely neighborhood with ocean glimpses. This beautiful Cape home is just 370 steps away from a private beach or less than a 5 minutes stroll to public Ocean Beach with it's boardwalk, pool, mini-golf and waterslides. Easy access to downtown New London, Niantic, Mystic, Stonington, Essex and other shore points in southeastern CT.

This large , 5 bedroom home offers off street parking for 4 cars, features a huge cook's kitchen with open plan dining, and provides two full bathrooms and one half bath.

Enclosed four season porch offers additional living area and another dining table with seating for 8-12. New 2nd floor deck added in 2020 with ocean views, table/umbrella and seating.

Situated in the private Neptune Park beach community, this house has access to a beautiful series of sugar sand beaches, with picturesque rock outcroppings and stunning views to Ledge Lighthouse and Long Island Sound.

Take a day trip aboard the ferry to beautiful Block Island, Fisher’s Island, or even Montauk, NY, eat at the numerous restaurants, enjoy hanging out on Bank Street in Connecticut's hippest town. Drive 20 minutes to the casinos, or visit Mystic for lunch, the aquarium or the seaport. Less than 10 minutes from Eugene O'neill Theatre and all the beauty Harkness Park provides!

Downstairs the front room contains a King bed. Upstairs the two front rooms with Ocean views are both queen beds. In the back right room there are two twins and in the back left room a twin bunk is on top with a queen bed below.

Wonderful family reunion

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private beach was great and we enjoyed walking to the Ocean State Beach and walking the boardwalk. The house was well furnished and it was comfortable for the seven adults and 1 child.

Three generations stayed in this beach house and everyone loved it. Very well stocked from the beach chairs outside to the claw crackers in the kitchen. Don’t forget to read the very personalized ideas of things to do or check out the books and town history on the walls. My kids really appreciated the ocean themed children’s books and kid friendly musical instruments. Great location and clear instructions. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect get away with awesome private beaches

This house was the perfect location with access to the private beaches. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Two families of 4 stayed very comfortably in this wonderful home with comfy beds! The second story deck was perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening! We would definitely stay here again!

Annual Girls Getaway

We're a group of high school friends who have been getting together annually for many years. We've had some great houses over the years, and this qualifies up there with the best of them. Even though it's a little smaller than the houses we've booked in the past the location was great, and the house was incredibly well stocked. We loved it so much we're looking to book again for next year if we can make the dates work with the property availability.

Beach Getaway

Having rented beach houses now for 13 years up and down the east coast, I have to say that this was one of the cleanest and most well stocked houses we’ve stayed in. Cute beach decorations added to the beach vibe all throughout. Damian was a very responsive host, answering any questions we had in a very timely manner. The private beach was a plus and just a short walk away. Perfect house, perfect location = perfect beach week stay.

Great stay

The house was exactly as a described and has every amenity you could think of! The bedrooms are all a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. There were more than enough towels and blankets and the kitchen has everything you need ie platters, pressure cooker, spices, pots, bowls, waffle maker, etc. just a few minute walks to the beach and driving distance to everything in mystic. The host was extremely communicative and our group of 8 was very happy! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Dream Beach Week

This house met every need. Comfortable, well stocked with extras, everything we needed for beach fun. One room great for the younger set and the other living space great for the older set. Space to spread out, carpeted second floor and stairs plus solid walls kept kid commotion in check. Nice deck, nice chairs in front, nice back yard seating, ample kitchen space for big meals and family cooking…and those beaches….a wonderful week for everyone, and we are booking again😊

MLK Weekend

We take our kids and our kids away every year for a long weekend get away. This year we decided to go to Conn. We enjoyed the beach and Mystic Aquarium and just hanging around the house and playing cards. Wonderful stay in great New London neighborhood!

We loved our stay in New London! The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures, and it was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The layout was ideal for the kids to have a room to play in while the adults could watch TV, and the kitchen was particularly well stocked to meet all of our needs. The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well - we had dinner on the upstairs balcony and played in the small backyard with the kids. The location is absolutely perfect - access to the small private beach was our favorite part and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. Damian was super responsive and communicative any time we had questions. We will definitely book this house again!

Incredible stay

A really great stay! The house was incredibly comfortable, cozy, and clean. Great use of space in the living room, four season room with fireplace, nook off of the living room. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable. Loved the view from the deck off the upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen was great for meals. And like other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen is incredibly stocked for cooking just about anything. The quick walk to the water and lighthouse was awesome, even in the freezing cold of February. And the coastal decor was perfect, it made us feel at home. Had great communications with owner prior to arrival. We are hoping to return.

A hidden gem!

Everything about the house and the beach exceeded our expectations. The house is so fully stocked with essentials from the coffee bar to the spice cabinet. Every kitchen utensil, gadget and all kinds of cooking equipment are provided. Coffee, teas, spices, condiments etc. All the furnishings are very comfortable, especially the beds. It’s just really comfortable. The private beaches are just lovely. So close and you can leave the chairs and umbrellas there all week. And they provide so many chairs and umbrellas you really don’t need to bring your own. Probably haven’t said enough about how wonderful this place is. Plus the Host is great!

Year number 6 for our family says it all!!

We've stayed at several beach houses in the New London area as our family has grown. Each has had its pluses and minuses. We've been coming to the Neptune Court house for 6 years, and there are no minuses (Except that we don't own it!) It has everything we need and more. the bedrooms are great and plenty of room for the kids. The nautical theme of the house is outstanding; the furnishing and comfort of the house speaks to the owners thoughtfulness, sense of taste and caring. From the hair dryers to the shampoo and conditioner, the bandaids and towels and washer-dryer and gas grill and balcony porch and 2 large screen TV's so the adults an watch Netflix while the kids are watching the little mermaid in another room. Their collection of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach caddy make it easy to walk the 200 + steps to the beach. The kitchen has more stuff available than we have in our home. Thank you Damian and Angela for helping our family make memories. PS - Almost forgot our grandkids favorite part, the outdoor shower; we can't get the grandkids to shower at home, but they will shower outdoors under this hot water shower and stay under it until an impatient sib says "Get out! it's my turn".

Nice house near the water

This house is great - very spacious, lovely furnishings, and all the things you could need. The weather was not so great during our visit, but it was still lovely to see the ocean out the window (we even saw a beautiful sunrise one morning) and the beach was nearby. The house is close to Mystic and other seaside towns which made it a good base to explore the area from.
