This house is great, beds were comfortable, backyard was private and good shade. Kitchen is well equiped, living room was comfortable too. Whole house ac during the heat wave was perfect! The one downside is not having access to the beach at the end of the road. The public beach is not close enough to walk to with small kids. If access to the closer beach was available this property would be absolutely perfect. Otherwise it was fantastic!

The house was very comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed walking and beaching in the area. The homeowner answered questions promptly and the air conditioning was delightful at night. Unfortunately the beach down the road was not accessible, but we found a couple of other places. Great for a gals trip.

Frank was great with communication. The house was lovely and perfect for our needs. The property is close to the water but unfortunately all the beaches that were close were private. The public beach is walkable but not when you have 2 little kids and lots of stuff. The public beach also wasn’t free. I would bring my own pillows next time, the ones in the house were very flat and uncomfortable. Overall, we were very happy with this rental!
