Well first thwy gave us our room qhen we went inside thought it was a room someone had been living in so go back to front desk and they had given us the owners room i guess so moved us rooms to the one right n3xt door only to get in have some funny wireless remote camera connected to fromt of our tv qeird dont recommend

I booked the room for my wife and daughter as she was playing in the Dell's the next day for volleyball. The so called reviews and hotel pictures on the booking site is why I booked this hotel. I showed the pictures to my wife and daughter and they both go, not even close to what the hotel looks like. Masking tape holding up room numbers, filthy carpet, etc. A term my daughter used was sketchy. Showing those pictures of what the hotel is supposed to look like but isn't FALSE ADVERTISING!

Nice place,nice people!
Normally this is a great hotel to stay. Upon check in we found that the pool was under renovation and had to relocate for the grandchildren. But usually its a great stay here.

It was horrible. They were renovating the hotel and nowhere were we informed of this. Paint smell made us nauseous and chops of paint and garbage from the construction was all over. Bugs in the bathroom. Workers were working during the breakfast hours and in the breakfast area.

We didn’t like the 11 o’clock check out, noon should have been good enough. Breakfast was over too late for a weekend stay. Mostly what we didn’t like was the excessive noise in the morning. 7 o’clock in the morning and it sounded like somebody was stomping their feet pretty hard above us.

We got an accessible room just off the lobby and unfortunately we could clearly hear anything anyone said in the lobby or breakfast area. The cleaning personnel pulled a cart around that was really noisy in our room. Apparently there is going to be some remodelling in the lobby, so hopefully that will take care of the noise problem, because otherwise it was a great stay.

The overall stay was pretty good. The room could have used another cleaning as there was hair several places in the room when we arrived. But it was close to the freeway yet quiet.

The staff was helpful. They had a pack n play for our little one. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Everything was clean. The price was great also.

I have stayed numerous times over the years sometimes a week at a time. always clean and quiet. only bad review is always same breakfast. scrambled eggs and sausage. wish they would change up once in a while, especially when staying for extended time.

Amazing service!
Car broke down and the hotel was amazing and accommodating me and my daughter on short notice and even let us stay past check out time while the car was getting worked on! Would come back without a doubt!

Dining at the Woodbine Supper Club.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, hot coffee was available, and surely would stay there in the future. Restaurants close by, easy access off the Ex-Way.

Don’t Drink the Water!
Don’t drink the water! Nasty after taste. Check in staff was rude & un-inviting. Bed was hard, pillows small. Room was clean, grounds could use updates along with building trim paint. Good breakfast.
