The two people ahead of me said they had been calling the number for ten minutes with no answer. I called the CheapTickets phone and they gave me a different number to call. It went to voice mail and then hung up on me. After ten more minutes, a person showed up. I was tired and now it was after 11:30 pm. The room was fine. The check in was not. "

"Overall the hotel was clean and orderly. The Parking garage was convenient and parking was always available, also glad that it wasn't an extra cost. "This property was awful. I was in town for a 5 night stay for a funeral and had no other place to stay. The a/c never worked, I had to go buy my own fan. The towels were gray looking from set in dirt stains so I had to buy my own towels. The hotel staff was too worried about socializing with the live in residents to even take me seriously when I went to the office. There were full size sheets on the queen size bed so the sheets came off every time you played down and I ended up sleeping on my own blanket and just leaving it there. I was charged a $50 incidentals fee but there were no incidentals and the fee was not refunded. I check out after 2 nights and the property would not refund any money. This property is disgusting all around."
