History is everywhere in this 120-year-old house, three blocks away from the heart of downtown New Iberia. You have a private entrance from the exterior next to the carport. The studio features a four-poster double bed and a spacious private bathroom en suite. You have an additional closet just outside the room and access to a living room, sitting room, two dining areas, and the kitchen, and the classic southern front porch.

There are outdoor rustic gardens that include a fire pit, barbecue, tables, and open green grass.
