This is our second time here for my husband and I. This time we brought our grandkids. They loved playing outside. A truly enjoyable place to stay!! Close to Sight and Sound and that’s a bonus.

This property is a hidden gem, perfect for a weekend getaway. It is spotless and it has all the amenities one could ask for...from milk, yogurt and water in the fridge to welcoming granola bars and an assortment of breakfast cereals. Towels, shampoos and soaps, as well as a basket of supplies are ready to use in the bathroom. It is spacious inside and has plenty of lighting for being a basement apartment. The only thing we wish is that we had a little more contact with our hosts.

Quiet Country Setting

My father and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family reunion close by. This was perhaps the most well stocked place I’ve stayed. The kitchen included available breakfast items and delicious coffee! Thanks Aaron and Janice for providing this ‘home away from home’ for us to enjoy our time in PA. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice B & B in a quiet part of town. This 1 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment was perfect for us. It was very clean and warm and cozy. It had plenty of room and everything we needed for a stress free get away.

Wonderful retreat

The location of Janice and Aaron's is central to many Lancaster County activities. The view from the backyard swing is beautiful. We visited during a heat spell and the apartment was cool and comfortable. It has a cozy decor and the quilt on the bed is georgeous. My only regret is that we never met Janice to tell her in person.

QUIET with a country/farm setting.

It was a very quiet place, almost too quiet but we were only there to sleep so that wasn’t an issue. No television was hard to get used to but otherwise everything was perfect for our needs. Easy access to just about anywhere you wanted to go.
