"Frequent traveler here. This is not a 4-star hotel. During my stay, housekeeping took my newly purchased mascara ($40+) and one of my organic face towels. I spoke with several people, but no one followed up and no compensation was offered. Disappointing experience."

"I don't recommend this horrible hotel to anyone. Stay away. Let them go out of business. The lobby is so dirty and the lobby bathrooms are smelly and disgusting without supplies stocked. The carpets are very dirty. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty at all even for basic food. Room is not clean ..."
