We had beach on the brain when designing this space! We wanted to bring a little bit of an ocean feel into the city and we hope you feel the warmth upon entry. Located in East Rock, arguably one of the most desired areas in New Haven, you'll find amazing restaurants including the incredible Nica's Market and G Cafe bakery. Beautiful streets and parks to explore and shopping close by. Also Yale is just up the street!
This is a 2-level apartment, is a charming and quirky space with ocean vibes. It has 3 queen-sized bedrooms, each with unique decoration. Linens and toiletries are provided. There are 2 beautiful bathrooms with glass showers and a washer and dryer. The living room has a couch and a leather lounge chair, perfect for Netflix on the Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, pots and pans, tea, coffee, and a marble top island for dining. place.

The area is home to a large group of Yale staff, and faculty, as well as many young professionals and families. East Rock is also a popular destination for cyclists, as a city bike lane runs along Orange Street, the neighborhood's spine. The abundance of coffee shops, eateries and the like make this a must see while in New Haven. Orange street is considered a main artery of New Haven. Access to bus routes and the train is walkable. Parking at the unit is off street for one car.

Spacious, comfortable and perfect location
The location was ideal for walking to Yale and out to coffee and dinner. The unit is large, we had plenty of room to spread out and have privacy and the kitchen and living room are perfect for eating and relaxing. We had a great time.

Weekend with old friends in New Haven CT
The apartment was spacious, clean, walking distance from cafes and a gourmet market. The beds were very comfortable. A few suggestions, add more seating to the living room, pick up fluffy soft white towels from IKEA that can be washed and don't fade. Add towel rack or hooks in bathroom. Add a coat rack for living room Thanks again we enjoyed our stay! ,

Clean property with comfy beds and a nice kitchen close to Nica’s Market - a fantastic Italian store that has everything! The property could benefit from a dining table or different bar stools that are the correct height for the island. 5 minute drive to downtown New Haven and walking distance to Yale. Overall nice place to stay and I would stay there again.

Very nice rental apartment, extremely spacious, sparsely but tastefully furnished. The self check in was fantastic and it was a big benefit to have a parking space. The host responded immediately when we had a question. The two bathrooms are very nice. Location better than we expected.
