Mandolin Ridge Farm is the prettiest little farm in Franklin County! 10 green acres with lots of wildlife and livestock interactions possible. Between 15-20 goats live onsite, along with peacocks, ducks, chickens, bunnies, and two working livestock guardian dogs. Dogs are sweet and gentle. Property is unique--two double 1840's log cabins put together...along with a Vermont Saltbox. Over 6000 square feet of entertaining room. Step back in time and relax in the Old Time Way! Conveniently located near several wineries and attractions in the nations first "viticultural area"---close to Augusta and Hermann. A unique rural getaway that stands on its own as an attraction. Great stars and close wineries!

Nature is Nurture and Tranquility

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. We rang in the New Year at Mandolin Ridge and it was beautiful. We were greeted with the birth of two baby goats which was quite auspicious. The home is spacious and like going to a comfortable, beautifully appointed museum. Each room has hidden delights. A feast for the eyes indeed. The host, Loribeth, is considerate and warm as well detail oriented. It is clear she wants to provide excellence! Mandolin Ridge and Loribeth really deliver.

There was NO hot tub, the bed in the master suite needs to be replaced asap, it folded me like a taco. Other than that it was nice.

This is definitely not your conventional vacation place to stay - a working farm, log cabin portions, modern kitchen appliances hidden in plain sight behind old farmhouse cabinets, eclectic decor that you can spend hours browsing and looking at so many unique items. But it was exactly what I was looking for and everything turned out very well. Thank you!
