Horrible location, gang infested. To the point of many groups of them standing on each corner clearly making it clear through shouting out “ bloods 4 life” when we told the host how incredibly unsafe this area was we were told the gang members were dressed up the same colors due to the holiday. Was unsafe to walk down the street or to the house due to the clusters of them one house down on the corner of the street. House is across the street from a police substation. When we didn’t even unpack a thing nor touch anything in the apartment that was on an aggressive slant to the point you had to lean to be side to avoid falling over. When we asked the host for a reasonable solution and asked for a portion of our money back 1/2 to be exact, I was thanked over and over for being so understanding and respectful, we were denied in full and the host elected to go radio silent. He was fully aware of the neighborhood and grossly misrepresented the property. Do not stay here no matter how good it may appear. I can promise you this property and host are not what they seem. When entering into any relationship, whether be friendship business or personal, you choose one or two paths lies and deception or truth and honesty. This particular host shows lies and deception wholeheartedly.
