Rules

Out of respect for neighbors and wildlife, we strictly enforce a 5mph speed limit the entire length of the road/driveway.
Keep sand inside the house to a minimum. Do not leave beach equipment in the rain or bring sandy beach equipment into the house. No Fireworks!
Read the attached welcome letter in the rental agreement section. Linens are provided but beds are not made. Please only make up the beds you use.

This home is the perfect Maine rental! Located in a nice rural little Maine community! Beach is within walking distance but we chose to drive, parking is free and ample! The home had all that our family needed to have an enjoyable stay! We'd gladly stay again!

This property was private and accessible to everything in New Harbor. The house was completely furnished and very clean. We had a comfortable experience with this rental. Pemaquid is a relaxing place to vacation.
