New Private Pool Opening May 2023! This no-smoking home complies with all City of New Buffalo Short Term Rental Rules, permit # CR19-0130. Bright and ready for your perfect vacation! Updated home with new carpet, flooring, kitchen and much more. Lots of light, room and fun. Hot tub and pool. Minimum age to rent home is 25. Home sleeps 8 and has a year round hot tub, ping pong table, multiple outdoor spaces and a large patio to enjoy those Michigan days and nights. The large wooded lot provides shade and relaxation, pool opening summer of 2023 and yard games for all ages. Located one street over from the Marina and Marina Grand hotel. Includes private beach access and is an easy walk to town, public beach and all the fun New Buffalo has to offer. The private beach is a neighborhood beach and the size varies during different times in the season. you can walk or drive to the public beach h which has life guards, snack bar and kayak rental. Located on desirable lake side of Red Arrow Highway ( US 12). Fully equipped for your stay!

Great weekend getaway

Our group (4 adults) had a wonderful weekend at this very well kept, clean home. Comfortable home with wonderful amenities, including the hot tub of course! Checking in and out was very easy. Location great as well, we were able to walk to the adorable downtown area to shop! Would stay again!

Family vacation

We had so much fun on our trip to New Buffalo. The house was absolutely perfect. The pool was incredible and location was amazing. House was stocked with all the home essentials as well which is so nice when traveling. Would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a Home in new Buffalo with a pool and a hot tub you have found it. Loved hanging out in the backyard in this new pool with great shade. Inside the home was also extremely nice well stocked clean and great water pressure. Beds were comfortable and location was great. We’re not hesitate to stay here again

Perfect for our young family

We have been to New Buffalo many times, but this home was a gem for our young family. The proximity to the neighborhood beach, marina, and playground gave us plenty to do nearby! The space in the home was comfortable, clean, and well laid out. We hope to return!

We loved Michelle’s home! It had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation! The neighborhood was quiet & we loved the pool & ping pong table! Nice home with pool!

Our family had a really nice time staying at Michelle’s place! Our kids loved the pool and bunk beds and it was a fairly easy walk to town. The private beach in the neighborhood was a little farther than expected and very small, though that was to be expected with the beach erosion in the area. The public beach wasn’t too far at all and much larger. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Weekend trip

Booked a weekend trip with friends to celebrate my birthday. Our party was a total of 6 and comfortable fit all of us. The property was nice and clean. The host was easy to communicate with as well. Home was in a great location and walking distance to downtown. I would absolutely book another stay in this home. Highly recommend if visiting New Buffalo!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to everything. We walked to the beach, stores and restaurants. Driving to eat or to the casinos were minutes away. The pool was beautiful and warm. The hot tub was great to have after a long day out. We had a wonderful stay and I would stay there again. The only minor thing was that if you’re looking for somewhere, cozy to stay, the furniture is not that comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our time.

7 of us had a great weekend at this house! 3 kids and 4 grownups enjoyed the close walk to the private beach (thanks for specific directions!), the hot tub, lots of towels, comfy beds, solo stove, easy access patio and Michelle even gave us a great tip for a short (& beautiful!) nature hike at a nearby forest preserve. My kids loved the board games they had, and we were able to find football on tv, phew! We loved the ping pong table in the garage and Michelle was easy to get ahold of. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great Weekend Getaway

Wanted a close weekend getaway with some friends. New Buffalo is a great place to go living near Chicago and this house makes it even better. The house is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk to everything you need in New Buffalo. It was great to be close, but also in the neighborhood so it was very peaceful. The various living spaces inside AND outside make this even better. It was too cold for the pool, but we did get to enjoy the hot tub. Michelle was very quick to respond to a few questions I had. We all agree we would definitely stay here again..maybe even bring the kids to enjoy the pool.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

I booked this property for a fall girls' getaway, and it was perfection. First, the booking process was super easy, and the owner seems really nice. I feel like if there had been any issues (there weren't), she would have been super quick to respond and help. The house is super cute, clean, and well-kept. We all loved the decor. Our favorite was definitely the hot tub! We loved that there's a privacy fence, and that the hot tub is obviously well maintained. We've already talked about booking again in the future. We'd love to visit in the summer and take advantage of the pool! It's just such a great little property. It's so close to cute little shops and restaurants and an easy 20 minute drive to Michigan City for shopping. If you're planning a visit to New Buffalo, this is definitely a great place to stay. Highly recommend!

A+ Experience. Loved the pool.

Check in/out process was super easy. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are PLENTY of extra pillows (and cases) so you're bound to find a pillow you like. The pool was fabulous! Loved the electric cover to help keep it clean because there are a lot of trees on the property. Personally, I would recommend trimming those trees back to allow more sunlight on the pool area. My only complaint would be the outdoor furniture and the pool accessories. There were holes in all the floaties and the only lounger chair appeared to be crumbling so none of us dared sit in it. Also, there were spiderwebs everywhere (I mean everywhere) outside so we had to go through with a broom and knock them all down before we could sit comfortably. Other than that, great place.

Great House in New Buffalo

This was the perfect house for our family! We all needed a peaceful/restful vacation and found that here. We loved the location - most everything (restaurants/shops/marina) was an easy walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals, plenty of paper products, soap, etc. (Not all rentals we've been to provide these, so thank you!) There was plenty of space for a family of 4. The pool was a fantastic addition and we used it every day, as well as the hot tub. We also appreciated the variety of board games available. The neighborhood beach was a short walk - beautiful sunsets! We didn't spend much time at the public beach. We did rent a boat from Oselka (at the marina) and spent a fun day on the lake. We enjoyed eating at Casey's, Villa Nova Pizza, Redamaks (cash only) and Rios Mexican Grill. Barney's Market had everything we needed for a few home-cooked meals. We went blueberry picking at Mike's Blueberry Farm, which is close by. We'll be returning to Michigan - loved it!
