Aqua Beach Pass is a well appointed, beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is located just steps to the beach and is full of luxury. As you enter the home the foyer features a grand staircase to the upstairs bedrooms and a seating area near the kitchen. The living, dining room and kitchen are open concept and a great place for a large group to gather. The living room features a fireplace, wet bar and access to the outdoor first floor screened porch. The dining room has a large table for all to gather at and seating at the counter for the kids or adults to watch the chef prepare meals. The kitchen is large enough for more than one chef and has an industrial style stove plus plenty of are for prepping. There's also a small seating area with lots of windows and plenty of natural light to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The main floor also has a half bath. The upstairs features the laundry room and three bedrooms all with bathrooms attached. The first bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom (shower) and access to the outdoor balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ensuite bathroom (shower) and access to the outdoor balcony. The primary bedroom is grand with a seating area, fireplace, king size bed, TV, a small area for reading a book or dressing and access to the outdoor screened balcony. The ensuite bathroom is also grand with a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub. The lower level features a family room area for watching TV, playing games and is great for the kids. The additional two bedrooms are on this floor also. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There's a full bathroom with walk in shower. The private association beach is across the street from the house. The New Buffalo Public Beach is about 1 mile away and downtown New Buffalo is a short 2 mile bike or car ride. Warren Dunes State Park is a 10 minute drive from the house. Union Pier has 4 public beach available for use also. New Buffalo is only 90 minutes from Chicago and a great area to spend time on Lake Michigan. Come and see all this property has to offer!

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
