Float Inn 2 at Camp Warnecke on the Comal River across from Schlitterbahn
This beautiful 1300 square ft. 2 bedroom 2+1/2 bath condo overlooks the pristine Comal River and is directly across the street from Schlitterbahn waterpark. This is the best location to come and go from Schlitterbahn and to enjoy the Comal River. The complex has its own entrance and exit so that you can float in and out from the condo to the river. The 'Chute' at Prince Solms park is less than a mile away and is a 1+1/2 hour float back home to the condo. Walk across the street to the Garden St. Bridge for a relaxing 30 minute float home.
DOWNSTAIRS: The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and stocked with plenty of cookware, flatware, and glasses! The grocery stores are only 5 minutes away if you want to make a gourmet meal. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is seating for 3 at the bar and a dining room table for 4. The living room has hard surface flooring, a recliner, and a leather couch that folds out into a queen bed. There is a half bath under the stairs. Turn on the ceiling fan and relax on the extra large covered corner balcony with a glass of wine. View the clear blue green spring fed water of the Comal River that stays a constant 72 degrees year round.
UPSTAIRS: Vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans make the upstairs spacious and comfortable. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower. Off the master suite is another private balcony that is perfect for birdwatching with your morning cup of coffee. The Guest Bedroom has 2 full size beds with its own bathroom. The sink and vanity are separate from the combined shower/bathtub and water closet for added convenience.
BBQ pits are on the property for outdoor grilling. There is also a community pool and hot tub available for your enjoyment.
The door is equipped with a digital lock, and guests receive their own personalized code. No need to check in anywhere, and no waiting on a property manager to bring you a key. Arrive, let yourself in, and make yourself at home!

CAMP WARNECKE RULES All vehicles in the parking lot must have vehicle hang tags visible through the front windshield. Vehicles without hang tags are subject to towing. No dooly trucks, oversized vehicles, or trailers may be parked on the property.
The maximum number of vehicles allowed to park on premises is 2 per condo. Issuing extra parking passes is prohibited.
Wristbands must be worn at all times. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 total guests. Occupancy limits extend to the common areas. Daytime guests and events in excess of the unit occupancy limit (8) is not permitted. Issuing extra wristbands is prohibited.
Please use the charcoal grills on the grounds for outdoor cooking. Use of any type of outdoor cooking equipment on the balconies is a fire hazard and a violation of city ordinance.
Quiet hours of 11:00 PM to 8:30 AM daily must be observed, no loud music, construction or disruptive activities are allowed.
Camp Warnecke is a family-friendly vacation rental community. Loud, obscene, disruptive, or illegal activities are not permitted.
No garbage to be left on the premises – please take all garbage to the dumpsters.

This was a great place to stay! So clean and accommodating. We had a blast on the property and in the town. The location was so convenient to everything fun in New Braunfels.
Really enjoyed everything about our stay! The condo is right on the river which makes it great to float and easy to get to. The condo has everything you need to not have to leave once you get there, lots of fun!!
The house was super clean, well stocked, and beautifully located. Also- they had a desk, screen and keyboard which was a really nice surprise and allowed me to get some work done while I was on vacation. Def will stay here again!
Location, Communication, Stay Amenities were all great. We felt some of the items were quite old and need renovation like sofa which was having lot of stains.
Perfect place to relax and watch people float down the river. Walking distance to water park and close to where you get into the river. Also, river access and easy to get out of the river.
This home was so inviting, The Views are beautiful from the balconies. It is everything you need, My family had so much fun in the river and in the pool. It was very peaceful, just what we needed.

The location of this condo is perfect for floating the river! The deer were present constantly which made sitting on the porch even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay. Right across from Schlitterbahn, a short drive from Gruene; village center was within walking distance. New Braunfels has its charms but you are also less than an hour drive from San Antonio and Austin. The view from the back balcony is beautiful; easy access to the Comal River. The property is well provisioned and the check in and check out process was very easy. Owner was easy to reach when needed.

Our family was looking to stay close to the river and Schlitterbahn and this place was perfect. I loved that you could get into the Comal and swim. You could walk to one of the water parks it was so close by. The balcony was also a great hangout spot. The place was so cold which was so nice after a hot day. The place was clean and so cute! It was perfect for us. I plan to stay here anytime we go to New Braunfels! Also there was wildlife everywhere like deer and ducks so that was also really nice.
The property was perfect. AC works great (so important after being in the sun all day.) The view and access to the river and schlitterbaun is unmatched. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be staying again! The property manager is super responsive and helpful, as well.
Such a great place My husband and I came down from NYC for Wurstfest. The owner was available with a txt or phone call. The views were great and close enough for a walk to wurstfest. Would love to come back in the summer and take advantage of all the river activities.
Amazing view of the river! Easy access to the Comal River and Schlitterban Water Park. Pool was crowded and trash cans were in serious need of emptying. Otherwise, we all had a great stay!

This was such an amazing property and it was just the most wonderful place. In the heart of Float Town USA! The views were amazing and the house was incredible. All the amenities you’d ever need. The host was available if we had any questions, but there were none since all the information was given! We didn’t want to leave, but informed the host we would definitely be back!
We did a Girls Float Trip for 2 nights. The condos location was perfect , not far from great restaurants and only a 15 min drive to the Guadalupe to float! The beds were comfortable and great view from balcony. Only hiccup was our car was towed the last night. We know the pink tag was exposed but was missing when we picked up in San Marcos at tow lot…….
