Winter Texans & ❄️Snow birds Pets 🐶welcome great place to unwind! The Blue Llama is a privately owned condo at Waterwheel Condominiums. Central location 2 minutes from downtown, Schliterbahn, Comal river, Gruene, Wurstfest hall, Comal County Fairgrounds.

A 3rd floor corner unit, 3 bed, 2 bath. Private access to the Guadalupe river. The property has two pools (one heated) and 4 hot tubs. Enjoy nature and the wide open green lawn shaded by pecan trees. Birds Eye view of skyline and fireworks.

💙🦙The Blue Llama is a great place to kick back and relax with friends, family and your dog Fido! 🐶Also a great spot to stay if you’re traveling for work! 💻We have fantastic free WiFi🛜. Work on the patio, poolside, or the kitchen table, bar top with bar stools, or coffee table. Plenty of space to do your work.

🛗There is an elevator in every building, don’t you worry!

🅿️🚗 Plenty of parking for all! You are given two parking passes for your stay. One reserved spot right at the base of the stairway. And one any unreserved spot. You may also park any extra vehicles along the curb! Being a front row building the curb is right there for your easy access!

❄️🦜 This is a fantastic place to stay for winter Texans and snow birds. If you’re looking to make new friends, there are always winter Texans staying in other condos that would love to enjoy some coffee and a walk with you. This is a great snow bird community.

💙🦙The Blue Llama is a bit of an adult upgrade from your reminiscent child hood tree house, nestled on the third floor with pecan trees all around. 🔭The patio is a perfect spot for star gazing⭐️, as well as watching the fireworks on The Fourth of July, or New Years! 🎆🎇

🏡🌳Enjoy all that the Texas hill Country has to offer with the Guadelupe river right in your back yard, connecting to the Comal, and Schlitterbahn a walk away, what more could one ask for?

🏊‍♀️🛶🚣🎶Historic Gruene is around the corner as well as downtown New Braunfels. Whitewater amphitheater, Canyon Lake, Lake Mcqueeney, Lake Dunlap are not too far away.

🌳This Central location gives you the best of both worlds, tucked away in an old pecan orchard yet minutes away from all the fun.

🗝️Check in is easy breezy with our digital key pad, allowing self check in. No keys needed!

👑🛌There are two king suites, one with a walk in bathroom. Each has their own TV. Both feature black out curtains.

🛌The king suite features a private bathroom with a walk in shower, walk in closet, and oversized TV and black out curtains.

🛌🛌🛌In the middle room you have 3 twin size beds.
🛌There is also a full size air mattress and linens allowing more flexibility.

👶🍼We have a pack n play crib ready for your use! Just ring your linens.

🧴🫧🧽🧼 Full size bath soaps in both bathrooms. Full size dish soap and hand soap in kitchen. No little itty bitty bars of soap here! There are also a few dish pods and laundry pods for your use.

☕️There are some coffee products to get you started. Standard coffee pot.

👨‍🍳⏲️👩‍🍳🍳The kitchen is fully equipped for your inner chef creations! There is a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, griddle, full set of pots and pans, as well as bakeware.

🧺Full size washer and dryer complete with an ironing board and iron. We always leave laundry pods and fabric soft er sheets.

Guests have full access of 💙🦙The Blue Llama, as well as the Waterwheel property.

🏊‍♀️The pool closest to the river is heated for those cold winter nights, when the pool is still calling your name!

🌳In the fall enjoy picking and gathering pecans. Long ago, this very location used to be a pecan orchard.
