3rd night free (August-February 2025-Feb2026)Located in the heart of Gruene! Our condo is located on the Ground floor on the corner of the complex. Gruene’s River View (101) is an elegant corner condo with easy ground-floor access and views of the Guadalupe River. We’re right in Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall, so you can leave your car behind and walk to the attractions. Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.


Also, we are unable to split up weekend rentals in the summer. All bookings that include a Friday must also include the Saturday.

The condo was great! It is on the bottom floor and on the corner of the building. We had a small dog, so it was very nice to not have to go up and down stairs to take him outside. Right in the heart of Gruene, we have been coming down to Gruene for years, but this was our first time staying close. We will be returning to this property! Exceeded our expectations. And the host was wonderful with any questions I had. 100% recommend!

Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!

Perfect Place in Gruene

We had a great stay in Gruene. Terrific location, close to everybody. Quiet and peaceful and easy access to the river. Condo had everything you need, was clean and ready and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to retirn soo .

Weekend in Gruene

We throughly enjoyed our time in Gruene and this property added to the enjoyment of our weekend in the Texas Hill country. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance making it super easy to relax and unwind. We especially loved the porch and its view of the river - both the mornings and evenings were just breathtaking.

Great Vacation Stay

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, the beds were very comfy and the fully stocked kitchen was a blessing. It was especially nice to be literally a two minute walk from Gruene Hall and all the stores and boutiques. Elisa, the property manager, answered my questions and concerns very quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for Gruene/New Braunfels area!

We were in town for a family reunion in New Braunfels - this place is a great location to use as a base. There were 5 adults and we loved the location - allowing us to walk around Gruene when not at our family event. We also went to Wurstfest opening night and the drive to/from was easy - only 10 minutes!

Adult vacation get away!

We took an adult vacation. We visited all the little shops in Gruene and Gruene hall. We also floated the river. Perfect location to shop and walk to several different types of restaurants! We will be booking again for sure!!

Annual Girls Trip

The condo is in the perfect location! You can park and walk to everything in Gruene! The weather was rainy and cold so we did not get to enjoy the back porch with a river view but it would be very nice on another weekend. This was our annual girls trip - four 60 year old women. We felt safe there and loved that we didn't have to drive into town and fight for a parking spot. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing location, very clean

Three couples stayed here for a weekend in Gruene and to go to Wurstfest. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner, shops and bars in Gruene. We walked to Rocking R to catch a bus that took us to Wurstfest and back. The condo was very clean, arranged well for three couples, and had easy checkin and check out. Parking was great too. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We will stay here again!

Hottest weekend of the yeae

This was a perfect escape from the heat. Gruene was very welcoming. It was shaded and had a good breeze. Every morning for coffee we weee greeted by deer and a red fox. It was a perfect escape from the city and the heat. This place is walking distance to everything in gruene. It was so nice
