LOCATED IN ❤️ of NEW BRAUNFELS!
This adorable and quaint fully furnished 3- bedroom 1-bathroom home sits directly across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park, ¾ mile to Downtown New Braunfels, 2 blocks to Comal River, 2 miles to Guadalupe River, only 1 ½ miles to Historic Gruene Hall, and 20 minutes to Canyon Lake. This home is considered an ideal vacation spot due to its proximity to shopping, water parks, rivers, and lakes. This cozy home is the perfect get away spot!

The space

This quaint house is the perfect home away from home, for family and friends to gather for fun and relaxation! The spacious, fully functioning kitchen allows you stay in and cook, or simply gather around the spacious bar and enjoy some delicious cocktails! The bar is even equipped with its own wine fridge to store your extra drinks.
Our inviting living space is equipped with two comfy couches and a large 72" flat screen tv; the perfect way to unwind after a long day of fun.

Our freshly remodeled bathroom has an oversized counter space along with a large walk-in shower. End your busy day with a glass of wine, while you soak in bubble bath in our deep, spacious bathtub.
Plenty of place to lay your head at night! Haus has 3 bedrooms with king size, queen, and bunk bed with pull out twin, for the kiddos.

Guest can access all of property with the exception of storage in the back of house.

The restaurant choices are endless and close by within walking distance/downtown NB!

A great location

The house was neat and clean and just like the pictures on the advertisement. The location was outstanding. Literally right across the street from Schlitterbahn and within about 5 minutes of most everything we wanted to do in Gruene.It was not very far from San Antonio either. A great place to stay.

Perfect stay for New Braunfels trip

This house is perfect for a New Braunfels vacation! Our family of 5 has stayed here comfortably for 2 years now. The house is clean, well decorated, kitchen well stocked and great location for Schlitterbahn, tubing and restaurants. Communication was great with Jay and we look forward to staying here again for our annual trip to Schlitterbahn.

AMAZING!!!

Location was really nice and the house is beautiful. The family took vehicles and I rode my bike. I was able to part my bike next to the garage very easily. The inside is very modern and comfortable. Love the kitchen and the bathroom. Place what extremely nice.

Father’s Day Weekend At Schlitterbahn

Cute house close to Gruene and the water park. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the old part of Schlitterbahn which has all our favorite rides :) Just one small negative was that most of the dishes we pulled out were still dirty. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely rent again.

New Braunfels Home

The location of this home is perfect. It was a 3 minute walk to the water park each day, such a convenient location. There are 3 rooms that are separated to give the guests space and the outside area is accommodating for fires, s'mores, and area for the kids to run around. I was a little worried about having only one bathroom but it worked out for us. We will definitely book this home again. The property manager allowed us early check in and was available throughout the stay.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house was perfect for our family of four. Had all the amenities we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and enough rooms to fit comfortably. Great location to the waterpark as well as walking distance to local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We visited the area for the first time and couldn’t have been more happy with location of this pretty house. 3 adults, 4 kids so worried about the 1 bathroom but it ended up being just fine. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Awesome Location

Great place to stay, especially if floating the comal or visiting schlitterbahn! We were there in off season but even our Uber to Gruene was less than 10 bucks for an UberXL.

Property was well maintained and comfortable. Worked great for us. We needed a place with a larger parking area to park trailers and the long driveway with the area in front of the garage worked well.

Cute & clean in an ideal location

The home itself was lovely and tidy. The location was ideal and just minutes away from great shopping hubs. The kids loved the bunk beds and fire pit for some nightly s’mores. Overall we had a great experience and the host was always so pleasant and willing to help!

Beautiful cottage snd great location

We had the most wonderful 1 night stay at this beautiful cottage just minutes from Schlitterbaun. The cottage has all the basic cooking equipment to mske breakfast, a washer and dryer, beautiful bathroom, and very comfortable beds! Jay was pleasant and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend this property.

Quick vacay with family

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! We spent one day at the Schlitterbahn & one day tubing the Comal and shopping in Gruene! The house was perfect! Super clean, great location & communication with the property manager was amazing! He was quick to answer all my questions! We wound stay here again!
