Patio at river's edge with steps allows easy entrance into river. Large deck on the front of the house affords great views of the Guadalupe River. 40 ft of private riverfront property is perfect for spending the day swimming, kayaking, tubing and relaxing. Home sits on a 1/2 acre of fenced in land giving privacy and plenty of room for outdoor activities. kayak with paddle included for guest use.
Private Guadalupe riverfront property is across the street 200 ft from the house and includes a large stone patio a few feet from the river. Patio is perfect for setting up canopies and chairs and spending the day. Six stone steps at river edge allow for an easy walking entrance into river. This location on river is perfect for wading, swimming, floating in a tube or just relaxing as you watch others float by. Tube and raft rental is next door. Food and drinks are available at the Lone Star Float House a short walk up River Road.
Home is fully furnished with an open kitchen/dining/living room which include many extra amenities. Large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. Sheets, bath towels, pillows and linens are included for all beds. Living room has 2 recliners and 2 futons, flat screen HD TV, DVD, and VCR. The master bedroom has a king bed and YouTube TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with YouTube TV and the 2nd guestroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. House has high speed internet/WIFI and YouTube television. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience. A gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit (fire wood not provided). 2 of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs with YouTube TV.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property allows 2 dogs max under 40 lbs. There is a $150 one time dog fee. You can park 4-5 vehicles at this property.
The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and Schlitterbahn water park. Shopping is just 20 minutes away at the outlet Malls of San Marcos. Nearby attractions in San Antonio include the Alamo, Fiesta Texas, and the famous San Antonio River Walk, just 30 minutes away. You are also a short 45 minute drive from the state capital of Austin, and all it has to offer. In New Braunfels, you will never run out of things to do!
