Felwerk combines two distinctive studio units within Gruene Cottages, giving couples, families, or friends traveling together separate spaces while sharing the same cottage community. Located between historic Gruene and downtown New Braunfels, the property offers a shared pool and picnic areas, while nearby adventures include live music at Gruene Hall, floating the Guadalupe or Comal Rivers, shopping local boutiques, visiting wineries, and cooling off at Schlitterbahn Waterpark.



The Space:

Fachwerk brings a rustic German character to the stay, with brick, rock, and wood details throughout the walls and wood floors underfoot. The studio is set up for two guests with a smart TV equipped with cable, a small dining table, microwave, mini fridge, and single-serve coffee maker for light meals, chilled drinks, and morning coffee.



Felson continues the rustic aesthetic with exposed brick and wood walls. Its compact layout includes a smart TV with cable and a small galley-style kitchen equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, along with a single-serve coffee maker. Together, the two studios provide convenient accommodations for a group while maintaining the privacy of separate living spaces.



Felwerk comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 studio units:



Fachwerk is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a clawfoot tub.



Felson is a studio that comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and an oversized walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.

• Parking for up to 2 vehicles in all, with 1 covered parking stall available and additional parking available in the gravel lot across from the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is the combination of the 2 downstairs guestrooms, Fachwerk and Felson, located in the 3rd building on the left as you enter the property.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
