Great house in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Bathtub needs some TLC, and we kept finding shiny blue sequins throughout the house. Even found one on the bed. I give it four stars as it could’ve been cleaner. The backyard was super nice place to sit and relax or play games.

Great location and house

We loved the house it was perfect for 2 couples and such a great location! We walked to many of the restaurants and stores and also walked on the trail which next to the creek. I would stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends.

The bungalow was in a perfect walking location .. it was clean and comfortable . It could use more comfortable furniture in the living room and the shower head needs replaced .. other than those 2 items it was a great find .. my daughter and her husband plan to stay there in the future

Mother Daughter getaway!

This was our first time staying in Wimberley! We couldn't believe how close the shops, restaurants and river were to the bungalow. Parked at the vrbo and walked everywhere. We felt very safe and everyone was super friendly. Got quiet after 9pm. We will definitely stay here again.

Charm and location

I came to Wimberley to attend an event and meet up with friends. A charming, well appointed cottage walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops and a short drive to everything else. This was my second time at this property and I will be back.

Love the cottage!

This was our second stay at the cottage, and have recommended it to other family and friends who have stayed there as well. It is a cozy, comfortable, quaint cottage, located in the heart of the square, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit over our New Year’s visit. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Well appointed house with hot tub. We.enjoyed everything about this lodging. Communication was great. We love Wimberley and would most definitely rent this unit again.

This was a great stay. The cabin was adorable and very comfortable to hang out and cook. They had a few board games which was nice and we were able to walk everywhere and then swing back by the house to eat/rest and easily go back out again. Great spot! in the master bedroom the bed was very soft, so we slept the second night in the second room which had a firmer bed. Pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen supplies, A/C- all great!

Downtown Wimberley

We enjoyed are stay very much. It was clean and just right for us. We liked being tight in downtown Wimberley. Only issues we had were the toilet handle has to be jiggled to stop running and there were red wasp buzzing around the front door (no one stung). Thanks for having us!

Great location

House was great and location is unbeatable, literally 2 steps from any restaurant or shop. Backyard was great with hot tub and privacy. I will say that the first picture of the house makes it look like it's in a forest but it's very much in the middle of town. Old house but was cute and functional. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but overall great stay!

It was perfect for us. It was in a good location for us as we were visiting relatives close by. If the kitchen was a little cleaner and if there were some condiments I would give this a 5 star. The counters still had some sauce on them and the sink was not very clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable and I loved the duvets.The decor was very nicely done. There were some cool nights and the heaters seemed to have minds of their own. We did finally get the bungalow warmed up. It was very private and very quite quite at night. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely love to stay again.

Incredible location!

My husband and I stayed here for our babymoon and we had a great time. The location is literally unbeatable. We walked most places, and anywhere we drove was less than 10 minutes away. Place was relatively well stocked, beds were pretty comfortable, and communication and check in were great! The couch is not very comfortable so if you’re like us and want to snuggle up for a movie after a day of exploring, be prepared 😂 also the salt and pepper shakers were both empty, but that was a minor inconvenience, just be sure to check before stocking up on any groceries you might get! Otherwise we had a fabulous and comfortable stay. Would definitely return next time we are in wimberly!

Pleasantly surprised

I was a little nervous when we showed up because this property is very much in the "downtown" area of Wimberley, and thought we may have noise issues. Also when the evening we arrived, I couldn't figure out how to get the hot tub to warm above its current 88 degrees. As the weekend went on, we quickly came to appreciate the place. It is so convenient to most of the downtown shops that you can walk anywhere. Also the town is actually pretty calm after 10pm and the rooms are equipped with white noise makers. After watching an online video, I figured out how to program the hot tub out of "eco mode" which allowed for heating. (HINT: hold the temp button down for 5 seconds) The property is very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Also the bedding might be the best I've ever seen in a VRBO!

It was right in the town square but still private. The backyard was very cute and the hot tub was great. We were close to restaurants, bars, live music, galleries, shopping, etc.
