Was very pleased to find that the pool is heated. And even with the door open to the outside. It was nice and comfortable in a friendly atmosphere.

The room was very nice, roomy and beds were comfortable. The shower was very pleasing to actually have a decent amount of water come out of shower head. A little disappointed in the breakfast buffet, was expecting a step up from the usual items found on the lower tier hotels.

We had 4 rooms in 2 days. Heat didn't work, shower was filthy, bathroom upstairs toilet leaked into our bathroom on our toilet and bed was hard. Seems like this property needs some upkeep and updates. Staff handled it well but too many issues for our short stay.

Springhill suites is an excellent place to stay. Super clean , very friendly staff and excellent rooms. The breakfast had everything you could want and started the day off right. I recommend this hotel highly . You wont be disappointed. This is my go to when i come to new bern

I loved this hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen manager, Miss Lily, is an absolute gem. I had a question and she not only answered it, but gave me a tour of the kitchen. (Which was immaculately clean, by the way). She was the highlight of our stay. The hot breakfast is very good and items are different each day. I loved the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the layout was excellent. It had everything we needed. The hotel was quiet. I really enjoyed being able to get coffee anytime i wanted, and it was GOOD coffee. I'm in New Bern a few times a year and will stay here again.

The hotel was clean inside and they had a good breakfast but i give it a one star because we had our puppy along as they said they are pet friendly, however i took hik outside to go potty and he apparently tasted the Holly bushes they have planted on the property because he got very sick and i had to take him to the ER Vet where i had a hefty bill. Vet said he likely tasted something poisonous to dogs such as the holly bushes this hotle has on the property.

Every time I entered or exited the hotel I was cheerfully greeted with respect. Other guests at the hotel were also friendly and polite. I never once felt unsafe while traveling alone.

We loved the heated pool for the kids. Also the lobby was spacious and had lots of open seating for our large family. Loved watching the football game on the big screen tv in the lobby. Staff were very friendly

I love the large, warm, heated, swimming pool for exercise. The complementary breakfast were delicious and hot and satisfying. The carpeting could stand to be replaced. Some of the cabinetry was destroyed in the Room It smelled clean, and we left a tip for house cleaning. That’s extremely hard work and it was much appreciated, when you’re traveling to have a clean room - that smells good. Please don’t ever let people smoke in your building, there’s nothing worse than nicotine smell when you’re non-smoker. Thanks

The property is located near a main highway but in a quiet area. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Our room was upgraded and was very nice, clean and well-appointed. It was a very good experience.
