  • Value (Efficiency private apartment located a few miles from the hospital as well as Historic Downtown New Bern. King bed with option to also have a queen double high air mattress if needed. Very quiet location at the end of a dead end street. Large one acre lot you are welcome to sit outside and enjoy. While we live on site we keep to ourselves but are here if you have any questions.)

    We built this apartment in our detached garage for guests to enjoy. We look forward to hosting you!
    Here are some brief rules while staying with us:
    - No smoking of any kind in our home!
    - No pets of any kind.
    - No guests, loud music or noise after 10pm.
    - No gatherings over 6 people without our permission.
    Violation of these rules is subject to $500 fine and removal from our property without a refund.
