"The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place."

"The area this house is in is fine. But this room was three flights high, and that's fine, but it was not mentioned in the Vrbo description. Also, how it is constructed with slanted walls makes you bump your head constantly. You can look past all that, BUT there was no A/C, and it was very hot. I told the owner, and she said they "forgot to turn it on for us." It was 80 degrees plus all weekend, and all they offered us was a (heavy) window and floor ac unit that we had to bring up the three...

"We enjoyed staying here. It's conveniently located close to Newport, very quiet neighborhood. The property is reasonably priced, clean. It has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The entry room has a queen-sized bed and the bedroom as well. It has basic amenities - ACs, TV, small fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utencils, cups, paper plates, paper towels. Bathroom has towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer. We are very satisfied with the property and communication."
