"The property is dated, the grounds are well kept and the pool is inviting but very very cold. I was the only guest in the hotel. I booked online with no issue but when I checked in the owner insisted on cash only. I had the cash but not what I was expecting. There was not hot water to shower with. The bed is very old and uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"the hotel doesnt exist!! we arrived to the property, pre-paid for two rooms only to realize this property has been shut down for over a year. the phone numbers listed on Expedia for the hotel doesnt work either. so we were left to fend for ourselves and find alternative hotel very painfully this weekend. A major scam and a big, freaking disappointment both about the hotel but importantly EXPEDIA for not doing their due diligence. and I have been trying to reach Expedia to get reimbursed, if...

"What a superb new hotel! VERY impressed. Myanmar is just starting to develop and many hotels simply don't cut it especially for what international tourists require. This is exceptionally well priced and you would pay a great deal more if closer to town for the same comfort. Unfortunately if you find the correct map it's located outside the main town and many locals don't know it.
