Unique property but the room was stayed in was older and outdated. One of the two sinks was plugged and never fixed. Elevators was sometimes not working and meant overcrowding in peak check in and out hours. Not much open for restaurants after 10pm. About a 15-20 min walk to main stripe. Since hotel was off stripe wasn’t over crowded. The multiple pools made for lots of room for guests with great food and drink options while sitting pool side. Shows and entertainment was limited during weekdays.

This property is as basic as it gets, it’s clean and location can’t be beat however the abysmal customer service will be the reason we will never book here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Nicole, the evening manager, was incredibly rude and instead of providing resolution just kept telling us she was going to be disciplining the staff, in front of the staff, which is not what we wanted and we kept telling her the staff was actually lovely and quite helpful and wasn’t the issue. We revisited the issue they next day with the day manager and he was incredibly helpful and resolved the issues right away and the rest of our trip was without issue but what a terrible way to start our trip having the manager publicly berate her staff unnecessarily instead of having the skills to just discuss and resolve the issue with us. We truly hope the staff didnt get in trouble and we highly recommend soft skills training for Nicole, especially for customers just checking in, it left a bad taste in our mouth right off the hop. If you get a decent deal, this location can’t be beat but don’t pay a premium for this basic hotel.

Large room with a single king. Ice room but the bed was pretty darn firm. Easy to walk to several casinos to Check out and the ladies making the lattes in the lobby were on spot!!
