"The place has become very run down"

"Clean room and cute place!"

"Keep driving! The cottage is a complete dump #23. There was one wooden chair and one upholstered chair both looked like they were recovered from the landfill. Previous guests food wrappers were on the floor. Shelving and a TV mount were torn off the walls and nails and screws were sticking out 2 in. Molding and framing were half torn off the walls. There were no chairs around the table. The bathroom light fixture didn't work and was hanging. When complaining to the front desk they said they were going to renovate the rooms but they had to rent them out to get money for the renovation. There is no ice maker so they said you can buy ice at the market down the street. There was no sofa as advertised they said it broke and they had to throw it away. There is no rooftop terrace as advertised."

"Cute little cottage, you park near you room. Very quiet, others keep to themselves. No breakfast services available, but it is a short walk to town, maybe 1 mile once you cross the street. "

"Unique and beautiful view of creek from historic property. Decor adds to the charm. Confusing check in process, did not receive instructions owner supposed to have texted or emailed. Two different starting hours for breakfast posted (7 am vs. 8 am) so I didn't get breakfast. Bed uncomfortable, unfortunately. Take care with step down inside room and two flights of stairs outside to get to room. "
