Unique and cozy place. Serene location, perfect for retreat. Very clean like new. Full kitchen is a plus. Quality furniture and bedding. Feels like you’re a guest at a friend’s house. The unit is treated with much love and respect by the hosts.

Great communication, easy check in and out and the place was sparkling clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and the nearby park. Super dog friendly with a dog bed too!

The room was exactly as it is depicted in the pictures. It’s roomy yet cozy. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated so much of the little touches like the robes, the heat stove, the teabags, the lavender bath products, and blow dryer. While I didn’t need it, the kitchen was well stocked for anyone who would like to cook. I am a solo traveler and I felt very comfortable in this home and neighborhood. Easy to recommend this property. It was a great price and value.

Great Studio

We loved our stay. The studio was cozy and we loved the natural gas fireplace.In addition, the property is in an excellent location. It is very close to downtown Nevada City and has easy access to Highway 49.We had a very relaxing stay!

Spacious, clean, studio in a quiet, leafy, neighborhood, with a superbly comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Enjoyed the quiet, while also an easy walk into the center of town.

Perfect getaway!

The studio had everything we needed for a one night getaway, it was lovely to have a refrigerator, filtered water and a gas fireplace as well. The flannel sheets were cozy. Great walking distance to downtown Nevada City which has great restaurants and shopping.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the cute studio. It was very clean and had what we needed. The driveway down to the studio was a bit tricky in the dark but manageable. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Our group of three was very comfortable and we would definitely book again anytime we are in the area.

Sweet Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and she was very welcome. The listing is reflective of our experience. We enjoyed the very comfortable bed, and our pup enjoyed her guest bed, too. Great location for walking to town, hikes, and more. We felt very safe and welcome. Many Thanks!!

Safe and Cozy

It was such a cozy safe spot to land after a camp trip at Lake Tahoe with my 3 year old. We enjoyed the easy access to town, the hosts provided excellent coffee in the room, no need to rush out first thing made it easier with a little one. We will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you

Really close to Nevada City (walking distance) and great directions. First time getting in the driveway with a bigger car was tricky so try to checkin during daylight. After that, no problems! Space is large, well stocked and had all we needed. Wifi was great and TV channels easy to figure out. Access was easy and felt very secure. The bed was so comfortable! We were up for a birthday party and the studio was the perfect spot to unwind. Check in and check out was so easy. Would definitely stay again and appreciate our hosts and their quick replies when we messaged them. Didn't get a chance to explore nearby but will do that next time! Thanks!

Cute Studio

The studio was perfect for our one night stay. Off we could we would have stayed longer. Location was convenient to Main Street The place was clean & quaint. Had everything we needed right down for wonderful fresh ground coffee for the French press. Check in was easy and communication was great with the host Kaelin.

Perfect place for a quick stay

This studio was perfectly placed and clean for my short few day stay in Nevada City. I came into town as I have for the past few years for a Cycling Race. The studio was clean, lots of open space and a fully functional kitchen. Close to town, yet far away enough to not deal with the traffic or parking. Hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Would stay again and appreciated the space.

Very clean. Nice Layout. Comfortable Bed. Easy walk to town. I didn't realize the studio was on bottom floor below the owners. Quiet mornings and evenings. We like to take a siesta on vacation afternoons. A bit too noisy for that. But if you like to be gone all day, then there wouldn't be an issue.

We loved the accommodations and location of this place. It is within an easy walk to downtown Nevada City and Pioneer park. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and groceries.
