A comfy, country cottage on 2 acres with an apple orchard, hot tub, outdoor fireplace/grill, weights, trampoline, and swings! Lots of space to run and play, 8 minutes from downtown Grass Valley, 10 from downtown Nevada City, 15 minutes from the Yuba River at Bridgeport. Nice workspace with WiFi, laundry, full kitchen, no dishwasher.
Large TV and Wi-Fi.
Our home was built in 1940. It has been well-cared for, but please expect some normal wear and patina inside and out.

Great place for group hang!

We had a very comfortable stay. We were in class all day but enjoyed the space when we were there. Neighborhood is quiet, lots of outdoor space to break away and have some time alone. I would stay here again.

Perfect place for kids

They have a lot of kids activities outside and many toys and games inside. It’s 15min from the yuba river.

A quaint country get away

A total Grass Valley experience, lovely older home, on a beautiful piece of property. Evenings we spent out on the back porch listening to the crickets and birds. 3 diffrent times at dusk we had buck's wander through the yard. Close to old Town GV but still out in the beautiful countryside. Can't wait to stay again!
