Stylish 1890's Victorian 1 bedroom house centrally located a 1/2 block off Broad St. in the heart of downtown.



Single story. Only stairs are two small stairs on the porch. Not ADA compliant!



Living room & dining room are perfect for relaxing after exploring all this area has to offer! Fully stocked kitchen & 1 full bathroom. There is a porch to hang out on & watch the world go by!



Modern Victorian is how we like to describe our house. A lot of love has gone into designing this house!



We have a cozy natural gas fireplace in the living room for those cool evenings.



Also have central air: a/c for those hot summer nights and heat for those cool winter nights



Entire bottom floor, front porch and backyard.



The backyard is shared with another 1 bedroom house on the property.



Dogs are allowed w/ PRIOR agreement to dog rules. A non-refundable dog fee will be requested during booking. I will send you the dog rules via email once I know you are bringing a pup. No cats, please!



We have another 1 bedroom, The Carriage Haus, that sleeps 4 that is on the same property. Great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!

Please note there are 2 bedrooms upstairs in this house but they are blocked off during your stay and no one will be up there or anywhere else in the house!



We use natural cleaning products- Public Goods
