"Always lovely staff at this Hotel Parking is good. We have stayed here many times but feel the interior is now looking a little tired and not as smart as it was Also the toilets are not good any more, poor flushes & pan stained. We really like Ace Hotels and appreciate their usual high standards. It would be nice to have some English speaking TV channels at the Poitiers Hotels like others we have stayed in."
