"My stay at the Austria Trend Hotel Schönbrunn was excellent from start to finish. The hotel offered a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The location is ideal—just steps from Schönbrunn Palace and gardens, with easy access to public transportation that makes exploring Vienna simple and stress-free. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a quiet retreat after full days of sightseeing. The bed was excellent, as was the shower! "

"The staff at the hotel are very good, friendly and polite, whip is not so common these days. My room was modern, clean and warm and the bed was comfortable. One small thing that bothered me, there was a (large) squashed bug on the ceiling that hadn’t been spotted by housekeeping. Apart from that I couldn’t fault the place. Definitely recommend. "

"Great location near U-bahn and Schönbrunn Palace - definitely recommend for exploring Vienna. Room was clean and well presented. Limehome were great with communication through email and provided all information ahead of arrival. Early check in for free was available too."

"All fine. Eating was a struggle but you have a little fridge type contrivance for bits and bobs as they do not mention the resteraunt is only open on weekends and no breakfasting facilities whataoever."

"The hotel had a few dedicated staff. Most could not talk with us. Some took a parental attitude instead of treating us like adult guests. This was NOT a 4-Star property."
