"Check in online was easy and booking. Upon arrival I was given a number written on a card to access my room which failed meaning I had to visit reception for the guy to come up with a fob to let me in every time which was frustrating. The pillows were too soft and the bathroom had hair on the floor. The location was good as it was a short walk to lots of things."

"It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception."
