Positiv: super Matratzen, extrem viel Stauraum in jedem Zimmer, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im naturnahen Garten - direkt an der Waldnaab, sehr ruhig.Man sollte aber wissen, dass man die Wohnungen im EG OG nur über eine Treppe (17 Tritte rauf und 17 runter) erreicht. Wenn man altersbedingt oder körperlich eingeschränkt ist, viel Gepäck oder einen Hund mit Handicap hat, kann das beschwerlich werden.

Wohnung im EG hatte alles was man braucht (TV nur 4 Sender). Den Garten muss man mit allen Bewohnern teilen. Wir kamen mit 2 Hunden und hatten Glück, keiner war gegen freilaufen. Im Garten liegt viel rum u.a. Kabel und Schläuche kreuz und quer, für Kinder hmmm. Züge fahren regelmäßig gegenüber des Flusses vorbei. Vermieter und Lage war top

Perfekter Zwischenstopp

War sehr schön, Super gelegen direkt am Ufer. Perfekte EG Wohnung, gerade mit unseren größeren Hund. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war sauber, Kontaktfreundlich

Das einzige wo wir etwas enttäuscht sind ist, dass wir die Sachen im Garten nicht nutzen konnten. Vermutlich wegen der Pollen hochseson, deshalb der Punktabzug. Besuche gerne diesen Ort wieder im Sommer, wenn alles fertig zur Verfügung steht. Für den Prüfungsbedingten Besuch völlig ausreichend und reichlich Platz für den Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Ein herrliches Grundstück mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. In der Wohnung hätte schon besser vorgereinigt werden können, das war etwas schade. Auch ist sie in echt kleiner als es auf den Bildern erscheint, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Man hat ein bisschen den Eindruck, die Wohnung passt ausstattungsmäßig nicht so recht zum Grundstück. (Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet (zwei Messer?))Aber das Grundstück entschädigt dafür wieder. Inkl. Boot, Yakuzi, SUPs- das war für uns der Buchungsgrund. Die Gegend ist herrlich zum Wandern. Nach kurzem Staubwischen und Abspülen gefiel es uns hier fantastisch und wir würden auch wieder kommen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und das Gelände lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausreichend und hochwertige Liege- und Sitzflächen sowie verschiedene Spielgeräte (TT-Platt, Kanus etc) für den Garten vorhanden. Fußläufig sind zahlreiche Einkehrmöglichkeiten gegeben und ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Tolles Wochenende

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, es war alles wie beschrieben. Das besonders liebe Vermieter Paar hat sich um alles sorgfältig gekümmert und haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank euch beiden und vielleicht bis bald.
