The hotel its self was clean and the most likeable for me was breakfast time. Variety of food and eat as much as you want. Staff were helpful and kind. Pools were easily accessible with plenty of space around. Daily house keeping and linen change.

Good pools and beach access

Huge hotel in Neum. A decent gym, a large indoor pool and a really nice rooftop infinity pool. Access to the beach via the elevator then tunnel was a good bonus. Nice little bars and restaurants on the beach front. The Hotel was ok, service quite good. The breakfast was a bit of a let down in terms of quality. It was a bit chaotic because so many people in a large hotel but the quality of hot items was not good.

All in one hotel

Great hotel and location. Rooms amenities outdated like TV. Two nice pools and nice Spa. Breakfast included but main course food choices are limited. Great restaurants by the beach and beach althought sun beds are charged even for hotel guests. Overall, nice experience.

The main floor(front desk) was nice and clean. The views from main floor is gorgeous. The staff was OK nothing extra ordinary. And the rooms it self not worth the money they charge, had sea view but it was partial view! Overall i would rated this place 3 stars

After checking out they are not allowing to stay for the rest of a day to enjoy swimming pool. I traveled all over the world and this is ONLY hotel that doesn’t allow it.Unbelievable

Mad, parkering pg svømmepool

Vi valgte halv pension, morgenmad var fint, men aftensmad var lidt for tør. Ikke den stor udvalg, engang vand til at drikke, det skulle betales seperat. Parkering var fint, indtil sidste dag, der skal man flytte bilen med det samme, selv om man bliver lidt længer på hotelet efter check ud. Kold vand i begge svømmepool.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Es war absolut in Ordnung und gros genug für uns. Die Parkplatzsituation war katastrophal. Es gibt nicht genug Parkplätze und wenn man Pech hat muss man sonst wo parken. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht. Zum Frühstück gab es Getränke und zum Abendessen musste alles extra bezahlt werden, das wussten wir vorab jedoch nicht. Die Poolanlage ist super und der Ausblick herrlich.
