Tolles Hotel und exzellenter Service. Das Personal war hervorragend und hat uns durch die freundliche und herzliche Art einen schönen Aufenthalt beschert. Das Frühstück hält alles bereits was man für ein ausgewogenen Start in den Tag benötigt. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist ebenfalls super. Leckere Gerichte und tolle Auswahl. Nicht zu vergessen der tolle Wellness Bereich mit Saunalandschaft und Pool. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Flot hotel. Knap så god service

Rigtig flot hotel. Super lækkert pool-område. MEN til +200 euro pr. overnatning. forventer jeg ikke at skulle betale for ekstra kaffe kapsler hver dag (de udleverede 4 gratis til 4 overnatninger) dertil er min forventning også at de som minimum redder seng hver dag. Det informerede hotellet om at de ville gøre på 3.dagen… hun ændrede det dog da vi spurgte til nyt badehåndklæde. Dertil en receptionist som virkede aldeles uinteresseret og lettere irritabel Alt i alt et ærgerlige episoder, hvilket er synd, da hotellet og værelserne er lækre. Men til den pris havde jeg forventet en anden oplevelse.

Godt, med forbehold

Lækkert hotel/lejligheder. Man skal være opmærksom på hvor man får lejlighed især hvis man booker med hund, vi fik en lejlighed i stueetagen, nærmest kælder. Udsigt ind i en bakke, ingen sol overhovedet i løbet af dagen. Bad om en anden lejlighed og den var super. Dejlig pool Rene lejligheder

Modernly furnished Aparthotel with very friendly personnel. Nice pool (indoor and outdoor) and great sauna area. Basement parking available, supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner, fast WiFi speeds, breathtaking mountain views, and drinking fresh alpine water directly from the tap. What more can one ask for?

Outstanding aparthotel in Neukirchen

Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Venediger Lodge is a brand new building, where the Gasthof Neuhof was located in the very centre of Neukirchen. Check in was very quick, and the staff were very helpful, we did try to use as much German as we could but their English was very very good. We had a double room and not an apartment, which was absolutely superb. However there was no coffee facilities as advertised, however the room was immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The on site spa was incredible, with a fantastic indoor/outdoor swimming pool, steam room, and saunas. The restaurant was also fantastic. We stayed on a room only basis but ate in the restaurant most evenings as the food was outstanding and good value for money. The ski store was very modern and pleasant and I would highly recommend staying here for a ski trip as the Wildkogelbahn is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I would really recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We are already looking to book again for next winter.
