The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall check-in and stay experience was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided all the essentials for a relaxing stay. "Parking at this hotel is a bit tricky. The back lot filled up very quickly and there was no in/out availability after they closed the gate at midnight. Hotel itself was good. Had a fridge with cold Alsace water (complimentary) waiting for us after we check in. Staff was friendly. Room was a good size. We booked a deluxe room with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds. One of the twin beds was a pull out bed from the couch. It was fine but if the person sleeping on it was taller it would have been a bit of an issue."
