Prospetk entspricht nicht der gegebenheit

Das Objekt müsste generell überholt werden. Terrasse uneben. Küchenmöbel, Mischbatterie Abwaschbecken Kühlschrank lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bad müsste modernisiert werden. Dusche statt Badewanne. (nicht für ältere Leute geeignet Hüftprobleme usw. hat.) Spielgeräte Unfallgefahr, keine Rauchmelder ...
