  • The approx. 80sqm basement apartment is located in the heart of Ihlenfeld, a small village next to the fourth-quarter city of Neubrandenburg, in Gartenstrasse 5. There are free parking spaces on the property and in the immediate vicinity. Our quiet 2-room basement apartment is equipped with laminate flooring and tastefully decorated. In the 45 sqm living room there are two single beds, a large corner couch, as well as a large 55 inch TV and WiFi. The bedroom is also equipped with two single beds, a cot, dressers and a TV. In addition to the shower room, there is a fitted kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine, stove, kettle and toaster. WiFi is free of charge.
