It was bad because I discovered there is no door for the bathroom & when I told the receipt ion about it they act normal & they didn't even offer me other room or discount on the night I spent there and I spent the night because I had late check in

Great stay and great value
Nice modern hotel with just a few steps away from the train station, Sempach. I wasn't bothered by the noise reported and didn't have any bad experience from sleeping. Only small issue was the hotel was full and I was given a handicapped room, which meant no frosted glass or partition for the toilet and bathroom. This meant having to draw the curtains most of the time for privacy, which is a waste, as the room had great sunlight.

Dommage car bel etablissement.
Quel dommage, L hotel est magnifique,les chambres aussi,le personnel est adorable et le petit dejeuner parfait,mais manque l essentiel en été, la clim. Les chambres orientees vers la rue dokvent etre ouvertes la nuit pour ne pas etouffer et la, c est la nuit blanche assuree avec la station de train de banlieu juste en face. C est vraiment dommage une fois fermee les baies vitrees sont tres isolantes mais impossible par canicule de ne pas ouvrir. Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas ,une nuit sans dormir nous a vacciné. Comment ne pas installer la clim de nos jours pour un etablissement de ce standing?

房間冇空調冇雪櫃，空氣唔流通，須打開窗但在鐵路旁，燥音很大，怎樣掛上4星级？ 正門5時後上鎖，沒有職員看守，住客要自行從後門進入，垃圾没有每日清理，早餐選擇很少，不建議選擇入住，這是價錢，入住賓館質素！

Hotel récent facilement accessible. Chambres très confortable avec équipement complet. PDJ complet et très bon café. Places parc en sous sol avec 2 chargeurs Tesla et 1 chargeur ouvert aux autres marques. Top !

Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sehr sauber. Für ein vier Sterne Haus ist das Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Zwei Sorten Aufschnitt, Brötchen kommen von einer Grossbäckerei und sind klein. Das Hotel ist unmittelbar an einer Bahnstrecke. Für empfindliche Menschen problematisch. Mit Ohropax, was vom Hotel gestellt wird, kein Problem.

Het was een net hotel! Wel waren de kamers behoorlijk gehorig, er stond helaas dat het geluidsdichte kamers waren. We hoorde de wekker van de buren en we hoorde ze snurken en douchen. Het ontbijt was voldoende maar niet erg uitgebreid. Verder was het schoon en netjes en was het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, rien à dire sur la chambre qui est propre et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner est bien servi ....par contre il faut savoir que la réception ferme à 17h il faut vraiment faire le check-in avant, car autrement cela engendrera des frais supplémentaire et il n'y a personne à la réception de nuit........ Le parking extérieur est payant 5.- CHF la nuit, nous avons trouvé cela déplacé, surtout qu'il n'y a pas de place ailleurs

Das Hotel macht einen sehr schönen Eindruck, von aussen wie von innen. Schade das im Zimmer, der Verputz, der Boden bei der Dusche nicht sauber verarbeitet sind. Schade das es keine Minibar im Zimmer hatte aber ansonsten, sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer zum weiterempfehlen.

Licht und Lärm
Das Hotel hat einen schönen Stil, wir haben es auch gewählt, da es gleich beim Bahnhof liegt. Leider war der Aufenthalt doch nicht so entspannt. Bei der Reservation hatten wir angegeben, dass wir ein Zusatzbett wünschen und einen Hund dabei haben. Auf unsere Frage, ob dies ok sei, kam keine Antwort. Bei der Anreise stand dann auch kein Zusatzbett bereit (Der Angestellte an der Bar hat uns dann aber schnell eines gebracht). Den Parkplatz hätten wir bezahlen müssen, hätten wir nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass auf der Reservationswebsite und auf der Reservationsbestätigung stand, dass dieser kostenlos ist. Das Zusatzbett und der Hund kostete ebenfalls: Dabei wäre es schön gewesen, wenn wir vorher darüber informiert worden wären (als Antwort auf unsere Anfrage). Die Zimmer sind schön, aber leider nicht so gut konzipiert. Da das Bad vom Bett durch eine Glaswand getrennt ist, wird das Zimmer hell, wenn in der Nacht jemand auf das WC muss. Es gibt kein kleines Licht im Bad, welches sich separat bedienen lässt. Pech hatten wir mit dem Lärm. Einerseits gibt es einen recht lauten Bahnübergang, andererseits gab es gerade Bauarbeiten an der Bahn in der Nacht.... Erstaunt war ich auch, dass in einem 4-Sternhotel kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden ist. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind gross und der Balkon war angenehm.

A Nord di Lucerna
L’hotel sorge 15 Km a nord di Lucerna ed è molto bello e moderno. E’ dotato di un garage sotterraneo e di parcheggi esterni per modici 5 CHF. Le camere sono molto pulite e moderne benché non grandissime. Tv con canali italiani e ottima connessione internet, chiaramente gratuita. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata. Ho soggiornato d’estate e non ho gradito l’assenza del condizionatore, soprattutto perché la continua esposizione pomeridiana al sole della facciata in vetro della camera, l’ha fatta diventare una sauna (insufficiente il piccolo ventilatore in dotazione). Inoltre, la camera è sprovvista di minibar. Nel complesso resta una bella location, ad un prezzo accessibile. Consigliato (non d’estate...)

Hotel novo e confortável. Recomendo.
Bom hotel, tudo novo, equipe atenciosa, quarto grande e camas boas. Só não ganha nota 10 porque estava um dia e noite muito quentes e não possui ar condicionado nos quartos. Na hora de fazer o checkout, comentei esse detalhe e a mulher falou que eu poderia ter pedido o portátil que eles usam. A localização do hotel é afastada 10 ou 15 minutos das atrações da cidade, mas fica numa região de campo muito bonita e silenciosa. Recomendo.
