Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz
The first room had a smell of drains which was present throughout the outside corridor. They agreed to change the room, which returned me to happiness. Staff were good in general, although they didn’t supply or resupply the tea/coffee facilities well at all.

Did not receive room cleaning when I requested it via the "button" in the room as instructed. I think it was defective, but the only way to find out was when they didnt clean the room...
