"The location of the property is the top notch, overlooking the Rome in distance. The morning and night views were simply gorgeous. The property itslef is grande but not well maintained in some specific areas. Overall, I was glad that I found this property as an option outside yet not far away from Rome and will recommend it to my friends but will set their expectation right as well. "

"Only the reception staff spoke English; No tea-making facilities in Room; Breakfast food trays and fruit dispensers were not kept full; No boiling water for tea making; Bar (alcohol and coffee) bar only open at breakfast time. "

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
