"What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. "All in all a very nice place on the island. View from condo was magnificent with nice beach area lots to do in the area including casinos, restaurants and beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. "Beautiful villa with outstanding views and proximity to Orient Village and Bay. The pictures don't lie - this property is stunning. Easy check in process which included a welcome drink at a local restaurant owned by the host. The host (and property owner) lives next door and was super responsive to any of our needs. He was onsite in minutes to address any questions we had and even brought us a bag of ice when the ice maker ran low. Super property with a very attentive host!"

"We had a wonderful time in SXM. Philippe made our stay easy and he always kept in close contact if we had any questions. The condo is just as it’s listed and truly has everything you could need. "The villa is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures do it no justice. The view is amazing. Danielle (who was our point of contact) and her husband were so jovial and welcoming. They were readily available and responded immediately if/when we had any questions or concerns. Danielle was so kind to recommend local drivers for us to get around the island as well as activities and ideas for things to do. Thank you for an awesome time. I definitely recommend!!"

"First time at this property - it did not disappoint. This was our first time back in St Martin since the 2017 hurricane. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay. The villa was clean, well appointed (everything you need if you’re cooking). The property manager (Maryse) met us on arrival to provide keys, briefing etc. she was always available to answer any questions :) I would recommend this villa"

"This villa is the perfect home base for exploring St Martin - very clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's even better than the pictures!
