Hotel was spotless the staff so helpful all round a truly wonderful place to stay would highly recommended

Excellent overall experience. Best hotel that I have visited in London. Would totally recommend

The beds were far too short for a comfortable night’s sleep. I am 6’2”, which is not unusually tall, yet my feet extended well beyond the end of the bed. This was uncomfortable and I would expect a hotel of this standard to provide beds of a more suitable length.

Super clean, friendly, and safe. I needed a last minute room for the night and the staff were super helpful. It’s a great place to unwind, and a perfect space to rest for the night. Lovely amenities and super comfortable bed! Aircon and heating which was fab! I stayed as a solo traveller and never had any concerns about my safety, and I was able to get some proper rest! My second time at the hotel - it’s definitely my go to in the area. It’s also so close to Earl’s Court station and so is really convenient and close to everything - which was perfect! Only comment - and it’s super minor: the light on the fire alarm was really bright. Because the blackout curtains were so effective it ended up lighting up the room bright green. Really not a huge deal, but I can imagine if I was here for longer it would’ve been a bit annoying!
