"The towel in my room had black stains all over it yet had been folded neatly and placed on my bed - is anyone actually checking the towels for cleanliness? The room was also very shabby and there were stains on my duvet. Was uncomfortable my entire stay."

"It's low cost no frills but staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the size of the rooms are huge compared to most other places. A desk and chair in all rooms too to do your work on. Can't ask for more. Thanks for pleasant stay."
