"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "We had a short, but wonderful stay in a suite with private pool. The water was clean and with a very pleasant temperature. The bed was very comfortable. "Great view and very clean room. Not the closest to the city centre but very close with car, taxi or transport. The staff had a bit of attitude that I wasn't expecting. I was hoping for politeness but unfortunately this wasn't the case. At the start they helped with my luggage which was really great."
